In this class we will cover the tips and techniques to preparing three classic full-sized (23cm) tarts: Mouthwatering lemon meringue ("tarte au citron"), classic fruit tart ("tarte aux fruits"), and a chocolate caramel ganache pecan tart.  We will cover Classic French technical concepts: Italian meringue, creme patissiere, and ganache produced hands-on, and at home!
