I wanted to get quicker in the kitchen (I make a lot of veggie dishes so there's a lot of chopping going on in the house), and I haven't looked back! Annamarie explains the different knives, how to sharpen them, how to use the chopping board properly, how to dice and slice different items of food and how to do all of that in a safe manner. I used to get put off by chopping vegetables, but it's actually a lot of fun if you know how to do it properly and have the right tools! Annamarie is a delight; she's very knowledgeable, funny and will put you at ease even if you're a beginner in the kitchen. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to feel more confident in the kitchen and wants to improve their cooking skills."
